If the tyres have a profile of 45mm then you can lower it up to 80mm without ANY arch work. I guarentee this...

Yeay 40-50mm should be fine without any work, 60mm should be obtainable but you may need to do a little work on the rear arches.

40mm shouldn't be a prob. i think 60mm should be ok if you take out a couple of bolts from the rear arches.
