only trouble is using mole grips if it goes down low enough,if the grips damage the piston it'll cause it to leek espec on 60mm but the bump stops may save it other wise you need a deep reach ring spanner | |

you use a ring spanner on the nut and an allen key socket on the top of the piston and turn opposite directions. | |

i found out what it was. the spring wasnt sitting properly in the suspension arm. took it apart again and aligned it properly. sorted!! | |

cheers geeza. when you put it back did you have to put it back in any certain way cos i put it back on then went for a drive and when i went over a speed bump it made some weird noise. | |

how do you get the top nut off cos the piston rod keeps spinning round as i turn the top nut. | |

How do i change the springs i got a 1.2 8v done the back just gotta change the front. |
