Mine is a 98 S reg. Sounds like a garage job to me then. I'm swapping 4 old sport wheels and tyres for it. Hope its louder :D My exhaust is already pretty loud, i just want that little bit extra

depends how long the old bits been on there, mine was a tough bitch 2 get off. go to a garage as it'll probably need heating up with a gas cutter torch. but thats just my experience. it may be fine for you. my old system was on there since 99 so 3-4 yr.

I'm about to pick up a centre section to make my exhaust a cat back. How easy is it to fit the pipe or should i let a garage get their hands dirty?

How much louder and smoother will my car be? :D
