For a corsa with a 2.0 16v..........ATE Callipers from a Callibra, Cav or Astra are MORE THAN sufficient.

Just fitted V-tuning V6 brake kit yesterday to my corsa. I have heard a lot about the spongey feel to the pedal, but I didn't feel it was too bad, there was slightly more travel than before but it still felt OK. It is too soon to say what the stopping power was like as I am still bedding in. I think a lot depends on how you drive. I want good initial stopping power rather then no fade as I rarely hammer my brakes and have never had a problem with fade even with std brakes. I just felt they didn't slow me down fast enough ;) I you do hammer the brakes a bit more then fade is more of an issue.

one of the most complicated jobs is changing the master cylinder and servo on a corsa. good luck

I've deffo got a problem then, cos my V6 brakes get hot damn quick (plain discs) and the pedal feel is awful :(

Not sure what its like on corsa's but the lower spec nova's have a smaller servo than the top models. Servo's from other vaux's have been fitted.

Astra/vectra clipers are bigger and use more fluid to move the piston creating the bigger force.
