40mm spring will be ok with the origional shocks. yeah it will be a little bouncier than if you had decent shocks. but if you get to your scrappy and find some GSi antiroll bars then this will sort your handling out for about £15

I just went down to my local ripspeed and my mate who works there sorted me out a set of 40mm lowering springs for 20 notes! couldnt turn the offer down, but i know if i put these on with the standard dampers, it will fcuk about with the handling slightly and the ride of the car.

can i get a set of sports dampers on there own? gotta be spax.

should i put the springs on now or wait till i get new dampers?
