Getting cams before a inlet manifold is a complete waste of time. With cams you'll see about 8bhp, with a velos torque tube you'll see about 20 for the same money.

Get a inlet replacement, its the best tuning product you can get for these engines. They really transform the cars.

Other than that a decat should be cheap and might give you a bhp or 2.

1.4 16v. Yeah i've done the basics (not necessarily the cheapest), just wondering what else there is to do next. Might look into the manifold and de-cat. Thought of cams but how much would they cost to get fitted?

well uve done the cheepest power mods

i would say get a janspeed exhaust manifold and de-cat pipe

unless u start buying power boxes, head work, cams etc which are expensive theirs not alot else u can do till uve saved up

what engine have u got

Need another engine mod. One that wont cost an arm and a leg to get fitted and that will give me a bit more power.

Ideas??
