OK, i replaced R27 with a 100ohms and a 68ohms in parallel



But it still dosnt read correct....any ideas????

Digi dash warning lights are cool.

The red warning light is 10% of the tank left on most cars, isn't it?

ive had my digidash on the red fuel warning light before and managed to get to a petrol station :boggle:

the other blue and black wire is the rear foglight tell tale light ;)

bttt what do you mean by 'in parallel'? i take it so both resisters are next to each other and going through the same holes rather than solder one leg of a resister onto the other like a chain type thing?

mines ok 2 never had any problemes

The blue/black on the Astra plug is for the fuel guage, I'm pretty sure it goes to the blue/black in the Corsa, I can't recall there being two though.

Anyway, your fuel gauge is going to read about a quarter full when it is in fact empty, heres how to sort it.
Find resistor R27 on the rear of the digidash. This needs to be 42 ohms, so replace it with a 100 ohm and a 68 ohm resistor in parallel, preferably rated at 3 watts or higher, this will sort it out.
I've got the above mod on my dash and it reads perfect.

hi all ,itted my digidash but had a few probs ,one being the fuel reads incorrectly ,i went on mig and heard about a mod that is needed to get an accurate readin in a corsa off the digidash,does anyone know it? ive got 2 blue/black wires on the corsa loom and one blue/black on the digi astra plug,anyone got any pointers ,would hate to run out of fuel! cheers!
