pump the peddle a few times first to force all teh air into the caliper

get a mate to press pedal slowly to floor then undo the brake nipple then tighten it up and tell him to release pedal slowly, do this a couple of times until no more air bubbles come out then do the same on the other side.

im changing the front disk's, calipers and pads on my gsi, but ive never bled a brake system on a car b4, me bro normally would do this 4 me but hes not around atm... and i need to sort this...
how doya bleed the system thru ?
