well the lights should be pretty straightforward, i can tell u how to do em 2morrow when i get home, ill type it out from the max power manual.

The solenoid isnt a hard job, but a guy i know does it for £50 and he comes out and does it within 30 miles.

yup.

As far as the solenoid kit goes, visit

http://www.autoeurope.co.uk and the kit is £20. You will either have to run a new wire thru the car to the tailgate, or you can use the rear window demister switch wire.

right so once the lighting is sorted and all connected up then that should stop yes ?

If one is flashing too fast, it means you have a bulb blown on that side of the car. The reason would be no lighting.

I have just got my car back from the body shop and I need advice on electrics as nothing has been done. I have no lighting as the connectors are different, the indicators are a bit iffy as one of them is flashing too fast.
Also the solenoid aint been fitted, can I do this myself or do I need to get a specialist to do it ?How much will one of these cost me ? thanks to n e 1 who can give me advice as I do not have a clue and I am going away at the weekend and will need my lighting sorted first thing thanks a lot people, regards Paul...
