not a car shop like that, more a motor factors, look in yellow pages for them , alternatively go to a bodyshop and ask where they buy there paint from :)

South Wales. There aren't many proper car shops down this way. The closest is AB Styling near Cardiff and Demon Tweaks in Wrexham!!

they used to have a website www.autopaintinternational.co.uk but it says its under construction. they have quite a lot of shops throughout the country, where abouts are you based?

Have you got a website address or number for autopaint international. Thanks.

I had another look at your suggestion of putting washers under the strut brace but it needs to be lifted about 1/2 an inch, and then the bonnet will not close, so I will have to buy another type of strut brace instead.

Tahnks again.

Where do you buy the paint for spray guns?

I've always done my colour coding with rattle cans, I now have a spray gun for my compressor and wouldn't mind using that to do the colour coding? Cheers.

dont buy anymore than 2l, you will just be wasting money, not the cheapest stuff in the world either at bout 18 quid a litre.

yeah use 2pac, it give a much better finnish and comes out a lot thicker. imo cellulose paint is jiz, its very easy to get an orange peel finnsih with it.

are you having a laugh, u only need 2 litres to spray an entire car.

u would only need 1l of base coat to spray that lot, same in primer and laquer, providing the cars metallic, if not then u dont need laquer

it depends on how many coats you want to apply, if you are using a base coat i.e primer and also if you are using laquer. so if you would only want to apply one coat a few times not including laquer i would say 3 and a half and about 2 litres of laquer souposin its 2pac?
