Oh, and BHP = Fuel so you cant avoid fuel comsumption with a power increase.

exhaust manifold?

leads make jack difference, standard ones are probably better than most so called performance leads anyway. Same with spark plugs.

A chip wont make a major difference on a standard engine, and only major difference on a tuned one is the rev limit.

Unichips are the way forward.

Inlet manifold replacement is a must, if I started again with one of these engines, I'd do the inlet manifold before an exhaust or filter.

"Sports" spark plug leads is the biggest wind up and waste of money going!

On a little low power GM engine its gonna make fuck all difference, except to your wallet.

Go for a Lexmaul/Matzel inlet manifold.

inlet manifold is the best way to go with the 1.4 16v, best power per pound! do a search for lexmaul, velo, manzel inlets

A chip is an expensive but easy way to get a major power gain. Go for it if you can afford it.

Make sure u got a boom boom cold air feed to the BFO, and if u got the money upgrade to a Viper.

Uprate spark leads, i cant think of much more lol

i have a 1.4 16v sri, pvd BFO induction kit, and a full s/s magnex zorst and decat pipe, whats my next logical step for a power gain, chip? nitrous?

also since adding these mods a tenner worth of fuel only doin about 70 miles, this normal? driving normally as well.
