if i was u mate id ....smooth the roof liners as the paint will crack in the roof rack holes ;( i smoothed mine looks ;) | |

u will have to take the strips off mate. it will be 100 per cent easier and a much much better job | |

I took my bump strips off. Sprayed some new ones and then put them back on. :) | |

I've just got myself some plastic primer, flame red paint, clear lacquer and various grades of wet'n'dry paper. |
