Ahhh, the locks....any advice on that? Don't need to replace the glass, thank goodness!!!

the fiddly part is changing the locks, and of course if you have to change the glass thats a hassle

yeah i have done this on a nova and its exactly the same, remove the clip that holds the pin in to the tailgate then knock the pins out with a hammer and nail punch, remember to disconect the two lifters on each side, you will be surprised how much it weighs:lol:

I'll start be sayin Hi :wave:. As you can probably guess from the Username i dont drive a Corsa :!, my Girlfriend does;)

She has a 1994 SRI in black.

I need to replace the tailgate with another as she managed to put a dent in hers, has anyone done a swap before? I can see where the hinges are and there are 2 pins that look kinda like rivots of some sort.

Help!!!!
