i can't understand re calibrating by resetting the ecu, the sensors would adjust automatically without all that :boggle: sounds like a waste of time | |

it was misfiring had it serviced 3 weeks ago the guy fitted new spark plugs jus been havin a looky and literally they were not even tight jus had the torque wrench to them tightened them up | |

disconnected it for 16 hours whilst i was at work still misfiring :( | |

i disconnected the battery b4 overnight the first night i got the air filter i'll try it again anyways cheers | |

Disconnect battery overnight since leaving mine for 3 hours did not wipe the ECU memory. | |

you need to reset the ECU do this by disconnecting the battery for about 2 hours. reconnect the battery and start the car DO NOT touch the throttle for a few mins let it sort itself out it will cough and splutter but thats normal all it is, is the ECU resetting itself hope this helps | |
