I had this from mine, thought it was a leaking oil pump gasket after the rebuild, but we didn't do the allen head bolt up tight when the oil pump went back together. Took the pump off twice to check it.......

Drain Oil

To do the sump gasket you have to:

Undo exhaust manifold nuts (new gasket needed) lower it down.

Undo sump bolts, (they need thread locking on refitting)

then it comes off.....

Muppet mechanics often over tighten the sump bolts and strip the thread on the bottom of the oil pump, so it could leak from there.

If the oil pump needs to come off then the alternator belt, bottom pully, cam belt needs to come off.

Sorry to put a dampener on things - but your engine has a common fault on the oil pump gasket leaking !!! - is yours damp around cambelt area/sump ?
Quite a labour intensive job - requires cambelt/pullies removing, sump pan removing just to remove oil pump and replace gasket !!!!!!
