fuel pump can be used from 1.0 12v etc only cant use pumps from spi cars as these do not run @ 3bar pressure

most are fine for 1.4 16v and above

mine used to be 1400 sport , used original rad and fuel pump.

its the later corsas that have different rads

beardy is correct 1.0 12v and 1.2 16v have bottom hose outlet on the o/s as opposed to the n/s

well all the engine i have fitted have needed new rads, like 1lt 12v etc

all rads ar the same apart from desiel vauxhall told me the same thing just the fans are different

:boggle: I used my 1.2 8v rad but it did have 3 pipes. (top, bottom, & overflow.)

i think u will find you are wrong m8ty
u need a rad with 3 outlets and the lower engine sizes only have 2

Astra GTE brakes fit no problem

All corsa B other than Desiel rads are the same we found this out from Vauxhall dealers, only the fan and cowlings are different, also GTE breaks do bolt straight on

are there any other items that are needed for the coolant system? heard they needed uprating? also heard the gte brakes bolt straight onto our corsas too?

engine mounts Lee Mitchel (07984826088) - 60
SFI plate topgear (01282414413 ask for larance) - 25
Sfi pipe vauxhall (part number 90411677) - 12.64
shafts courtenay (01692 404060) - 320 (no need to chage wheel baring saving 80)
total 417.64

if u have a 1.4 16v and below u will also need
1.6 16v Rad dixons vauxhall (0906 7538800)- 50
1.6 16v corsa fuel pump dixons vauxhall (0906 7538800) - 40
no need to cut dash/buckhead with other fitting kits, no need to change wheel barings.
