a strap on penis!....(well u did say guess  )

the fk coilover are design so the springs dont stick out much so therefore u can fit wider wheels with ou worryin :)

even if 75mm isnt low enuf for u fk auto sell top mounts that drop ur suspension by 10mm.

na its not the exhaust, it used to knock lowered 40 on my old springs, but i adusted it.
The noise is even on very small bumps in the road

FK sound good then!!! Damn need money now but doing to many other things at the mo!!!

The knocking noise might be the exhaust knocking on the rear axle, real easy to sort tho!!!!!

Fitted the rear shocks and springs, theres a slight knocking noise, but i think thats them just settling in?? (any 1 help??) handling is amazing compared to ma old p1 springs and std shocks!! So at the moment i would recomend FK stuff (and my kit was the buget £200 job, wonder what the coilovers etc r like!!)

Also pvd service was spot on, apart from there was no fitting instructions with the kit.

ok will do (bearing in mind that they will take time 2 settle in)

I was thinking of gettign just the ride height adjustables rather than the fully adjustables basically because of the £300 price difference!!!! They say they can be wound down 75mm, im down 60mm now but dont wann spend £480 on them and doesnt end up being no differnece in height so if you can let me know if it does lower the amount it says it should i would be grateful!!!!!

Full FK automotive suspension kit, -40mm to replace my std shocks and crappy p1 -40mm springs

got it from pvd, good deal 2

I wasnt planning on this, but as my rear p1 springs have collapsed, i might aswell do the suspension the proper way with a full kit. Should b hear tuesday, Ill let u all know how i get on fitting it, and what its like.
While im at it i might fit my Astra ATE calipers, disks and greenstuff pads:wave:
