I know you have to disconnect the fuel pipes & plug.
If you undo the tank & let it drop down abit you might be able to get your hands up to the pipes.
I know it's a fu<k about way to do it but it's got to be better than taking that install out.

When I changed mine I clamped of the fuel lines with brake line clamps the petrol only comes out of the inlet pipe which is the right side pipe looking from the front seats back. you also need to disconnect the negative on the battery and the fuel pump relay.

The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank. If you can get to the top of the tank, it just pulls out, but like darryl said, fuel lines must be disconnected or it will piss everywhere.

No, Haynes says you must first disconnect the fuel lines and the Fuel Gauge connections first

no its impossible to get at it apart from getting under the back seats.

Need to change fuel pump......

Can it be accessed from under the car or is it sumwhere in the boot bcoz as u can c from avatar this wud cause a problem :lol:
