yeah do it like in the max power manual shud be OK, or like me just take the car to a bodyshop and get them to do it. Mine is going in soon its ET45 7.5" x 16's and needs metal cut back at the back but is OK at the front with a 40mm drop.

thanx,
what would be the most work i would have to do in the worst case as i have been told that u cant roll the aches on a corsa what would have to be done instead.
has any body had 17s on their corsa with a offset of 40 or lower.
please help.

Tends to differ from car to car, some scrub on 16's others don't???

You may get away with removing the bolts or you may have to remove the arch liners too.
With 205 tyres you will most likely get scrubbing, don't take this as gospel though mine 195/45/16 -40mm and they are quite close to the arches.
