right hoping for an engine master here as im lost with this engine it’s a corsa b gsi c16xe engine and it’s been stripped down to the block the tops of the pistons cleaned and the deck cleaned and looking good, bores honed and looked and felt fine before hoaning, next up was a fully reconditioned cylinder head it was sent away skimmed new valves new seals pressure tested the lot and was fine so a new head gasket new head bolts new timing everything replaced all build back up correctly and it’s running so bad misfiring spluttering huge clouds of smoke and a million times worse if you rev it, the spark plugs are covered in black oil/coolant liquid and cylinder 2/3 tops of the pistons are wet other two are moist, so my question is what can cause this? everything has been cleaned stripped all put back together the way it was i’m so confused. one thing i think it may be is a crack or cracked head bolt holes. any help would be appreciated
