I know I was just saying you can apparently get 300bhp with the right mods. I revved the arse out of my 1L B and it never did any harm. | |

Frankly I'm not looking for *more* power - just to shift what little power it has lower. I never rev very high but it's so gutless at low revs. Shifting the power/torque lower would suit me to a T. I just don't want to compromise any reliability - I love that little car! | |

I couldn't say from an educated pint of view but if it was me I would be dubious about it too. I've heard you can get a fair bit of power out of a 1l if you've got very very deep pockets haha | |
