Have you touched the rear brakes at all?

adjusted the bolt between the pedal and servo, so as soon as you touch the pedal the centre pin in the servo moves.

That should not have made a difference to the pedal travel, how did you take out the free play?

Hi Guy's Brakes!!!, big problem, took the free play out my pedal to master cylinder, pedal is all bled up and
rock hard, no air in system! when you start engine, the pedal drops showing the servo is working but now there is more movement than before :boggle: does it need this free movement and is so how much!?!?!?
