See if you can hear the pump prime when you turn the ignition on. Dont crank it tho.

If you can there may be a blockage between pump and injector rail. If not the blue/red wire is for the fuel pump relay power, trace the wire for damage/immob cut into it

Thought so it doesn't. I'm thinking it could be immobiliser not allowing fuel in as I swapped it into a gsi. Anyway of getting around it

Are you getting fuel? (Check bleed valve) Also can you hear the pump prime?

Battery is good and also have a good blue spark on all plugs

I have recently rebuilt my x16xe engine. After reinstalling the engine I managed to get it to start but it would not continue running. Now it won't even fire up it cranks but won't start. Anyone got any advice.
