Immobiliser fault mate, normally when the transponder doesn't pick up the chip in the key

So ive put a new dash loom into my (R) Reg 1.2 8V Corsa B and now the eml light is flashing and it wont fire up just turns over any idea

everything else is working fine lights radio mfd ect ?
