Is there a fuse for it, could it be that? I know there was in my old car but there isn't on in the manual?

Sorry, should've said car. It's a 2007 Corsa 1.4 Sxi. What do you mean lost assistance?

Guessing its an EPS car?

The ratio won't change, it'll still move the same amount. You may have just lost assistance.

Evening!

I went out earlier to go shopping and car wouldn't start. Took battery and and recharged it, no problems! However as engine started I noticed the yellow steering wheel light on with a ! inside it. Needless to say trying to steer moved it only very slightly.

Is this likely to be anything to do with me changing the battery, or just a coincidence? If a coincidence, just need fluid or part need replacing?

Cheers x
