opt for the cheap phase kits and you have decent power

however u cant rag the tits of standard c20lets than you can with N/A valver as my m8 found out the other day :D:D

get an uprated fuel pump (cossie ones from demon tweeks are good)

gsi fuel pump will end up melting a piston.

youd be looking at 4-4.5k all in from courntey probably (they provide new engines though - or they did)

car you need engine from is cav or cally - both the same engines but cally engine may be lower miles cos there newer.

v6 brakes £200 from v-tuning.com

engine is around £1500 for a good one

youll then need shafts/ modified engine bay. and basically what everyone else has said lol.

You sound like the type of person that needs to take there car to courtenay and leave it there with a blank cheque.

Here's a very rough list of parts and prices otherwise:

Engine, box and running gear £1500
Shafts and mounts £400
Brakes £200
Suspension £300
Exhaust £100 for downpipe
Labour £??? Depends where you take it, dont make the mistake and take it somewhere that hasn't done it before.
Gsi fuel pump should be up to it I think, if kept standard.

Right i have a gsi at current moment and its to slow, im not going to tune engine cos by time i have it wud cost more than just to put a 2L turbo in.

Right im wanting info on How much it will cost to the correct hundred pound ie 1900 For the 2 l turbo conversion and all what is needed ie all round breaks, labour u name it the lot

i was thinking about 3500 for the lot Does this seem right???

Also any ideas what engine wud be easy to put in!!

Reason for upgrade is cos my gsi is slow and not spending 1000's on mods for engine when i can bang a 2L in

All help wud b gr8 no stupid comments though please im being serious here

Many thanks lads
