Check vac pipes for leaks as this can cause over fueling, also the CTS can. Failing that it wouldn't hurt to put a standard FPR on, I think they are 2/2.5 bar, but dont quote me on that!!

My dizzy engine has got cream injectors and it was running a 3 bar fuel pressure reg could this of caused the over fueling problem that was damaging the lambdas?

Sounds more to me like its over-fuelling for something else and that's damaging the lambda.

Lambda might be adjusting the fuel trim while its reporting it but looks to me like that isn't your main fault.

Lambda sensor will only report the quality of the burn and is used to trim the ratio a bit but its not the cause of big problems that can't be trimmed out.

Can you read the fault codes from the ecu, lamda sensors don`t normally just fall to bits.
If it`s smelling of fuel badly then there maybe another issue.

How long is it lasting on average? Is it definitely the lambda? For example have you tried cleaning one up and putting it back in?
