there is a diff, both me and pete have SXS-1757's atm and they are very good for the money, especially when amped.

yeah, the others are identical pretty much, but 30 watts, less, other than that there is no difference

If you're looking for cheap stuff, you'll probably get better speakers from lesser known companies. I'd say those Kenwood's aren't bad at all, but you will get a better speaker for the same (or less) money from a brand you've never heard of! Maplin.co.uk has a range of speakers by Magnat (Bull Power or something). Folk they're alright, and they're about £30 for most sizes. So front and back speakers, and ring adaptors for the front ones should be less than £70.

Looking to spend about £70 at the most really, working a bit of a budget here :)

Kenwood KFCP703 are £59, they any good ?
