you can use various different mask tools, the freehand one might be best and you can just go round the edge of your windows with it

very nice! if only i had time and patience and a steady hand!

so far ive only tried a couple different alloys and that takes me long enuf!

is there a way to use a 'custom' magic wand tool so that it only highlights the area i want it too cos tryin to 'tint' my windows it was highlighting my wingmirror aswell! very annoyin

look at my forum http://revline.proboards18.com and go to the photoshop section and the tutorials, tells you how to do jap style tints as well, plus how to out wheels and bodykits on etc etc

erm you'd probably have to get creative with the clone tool, i would imagine lowering would take more time and care to get it looking 'real'

ok, that seemed far 2 easy 4 u!

how do you go about making the car look lowered? without completely buggering up the background

use the magic wand mask to select the window and then fill with black but set the opacity at about 60%.
Depending on the original photo you may have to touch up the edges of the window with a brush.
That should give a good effect

can sumone tell me how to get a tinted window effect using photoshop other than simply blacking them out??
