Cheers bud! Coachworks took 3 days to cut & smooth bumper, mesh is held in by little pegs in the bumper which John made up it & once it's painted u dont c them, smart idea. Same 4 the grill but the mesh is bent in round the v bit too! If only it would go as good as it looks!:lol::mad:

Mine's a '99. Is it not the older ones that are easier, such as your one at the URL posted earlier.

its easier doing the post 97 bumpers, you dont have huge gaps to fill.

Wow, that's nice. Just shows how much difference colour coding makes. I only did the lower part of the bumper, need to join 2 strips. Got a bit of excess which might just manage the grille around the badge.

Newer bumper as mines is a W-reg, got biggest mesh we could order in & only needed one bit to do front & grill - sweet!

Cheers lads, all done, looks great but emphasises the need for full colour coding! Grey bits look shocking now! Miner, have you got the older style of bumper? You could do them with one piece of mesh the size that I used.

Did it today anyway, quite a bar steward, had a job getting good a join (couldnt get a bit of mesh big enough for the whole bumper, would probably be too big to handle anyway). But it looks cool.

Cheers lads... a hare disintegrated the bottom grille thing, and a mate has some spare mesh, hence the idea! Just wondering if it'll look good or tacky, I'll give it a go.
