yep, took a hacksaw to mine in the end cus it wudnt come off, u'll find that the knob itself comes off but leaves the yellow plastic thing behind which needs to come off too, just cut a few slices in it and prise it open with a screwdrive, this shud work. as for the pedals i dunno much bout em but im guessin u'll need to drill holes for these | |

Old gear knob is a pain in the arse, most wont budge so you tend to take a hacksaw to it, if ya wana try use a hairdryer on it heat it up then try pulling VERY HARD!! | |

i bought a new gear nob and a set of aluminium foot pedals 2day, and i have a few questions that can prob b solved by givin me a link or sumthin |
