i took the grommet out to install my amp, etc.
Didn't put it back in properly.
During the heavy rain this weekend the car was parked backwards downhill (if u get me)
I went in the car to get a cd out of the glove box and they were all drenched with water. The dash was wet as fook.
whoops

That rubber thing is called a Grommet.
I wanted to get a Wire through for my alarm so just drilled a small hole in the Baulkhead. Put some Primer in the hole and a grommet to stop the wire from Chaffing.
There is also another access point where the main Loom goes through near to the Fusebox. You can also get some wire through that bit into the inside.

On corsa B there is a rubber thing behind the battery under the bonnet, lead to behind the glove box section. Dont know where it is in the corsa C. loaf... what??? :o

Take live feed from battery, inside car, through switch then to the neons and ground other side. Simple, dont know where access point to interior is on corsa C, on B its behind glove box/battery. Should be a rubber seal thing in body, push wires thorugh there.

Simple really, just extend your wires.
