I changed the coolant temperature sensor last night and that solved the problem straight away. The car now runs really smooth on Tickover as well. Thanks for your help lads.

Ok well I'm going to get a coolant sensor today then go from there.

I had some issues with it cutting out etc when car got warm. I replaced coolant sensor first but nothing happened so tried a new lambda and that sorted it.

Didn't think it was going to be that but worth a try mate.

I just unplugged the coolant temp sensor for my drive to work today and the car ran fine and didnt cut out. When I got to work I plugged the sensor back in with the car running and It stalled straight away. So I'm guessing its going to be the coolant temp sensor that's at fault?

Crankshaft sensor? Sure they play up when warm , sure someone will confirm though.

But when I get it running again then the car runs fine without fault...

sounds more like its a warm running issue if its fine from cold and ran for 10-15 minutes the car will have warmed up in this time

I've had this happen every day this week and I can't figure out what it is. The car starts fine from cold and all seems well. When it's been running for around 10-15mins the car will revv to around 2k and then cut out. After waiting a min or so I can start the car and it runs fine and I have no further problems. So it's obv a cold running issue I have? Any ideas would be helpful thanks :)
