The vaux twins have a 1mm gap. Haynes specifies 0.8mm i believe. | |

you dont have to gap the plugs as they are a twin electrode on the gsi corsas,my opinion ngk are the best | |

Tell yah what cybermonkey, if you're so sure about this, open the gap up to about 2mm. Put the plug in with your magic torque wrench and then take it out. Is the gap less than 3mm now!? | |

Just keep winding them in until it suddenly gets stiff, then a 1/4 turn. Thats how i do it, and normally equates to about 20nm. | |

If you go to Halfords and look up your model, the little book on display will tell you exactly the right spark plug to choose. Using the correct torque wrench setting will create the right gap. | |

you can find the spark plug gap in the back of the handbook you got with the car. If you aint got one ask someone who has. I just had a look for mine but cant find it sorry. | |
