Also make sure you aren't putting the joints together dry, a bit of firegum put on the pipe before it's put in the joint should sort most little gaps out :thumbs:

Get some exhaust paste and an exhaust bandage from halfords would be better I'd imagine

hello , my cars just failed mot on exhaust blowing at the front.

its a 1.0 corsa and the flexi has snapped so i cut it out and put a new one on but it wont seal perfectly.

would heatwrap stop the blow? or will the fumes just pass through the wrap ?


any help would be great

also its not in a good enough position to get a sleeve on
