Don't use paint thinners! My mate got a producer for his clear lights so had to swap them for his other ones, which were sprayed, he tried to remove it with paint thinners but didn't work so he had to scratch the shit out of his lights to get the paint off! He has to get sum new ones now, but he's chose to get sum lexus ones, so it all worked out beta at da end of da day.

Id say, keep the lights sprayed bcos it does luk shit ot' and use brighter bulbs. As long as they shine at the legal brightness, the police can't say shit.

u could use normal cellulose thinners but if u do remember to wipe on/ wipe off very quickly or it will eat into ur plastics. id go with the paint remover for the job

FOLIATEC do a paint remover for lights which has been sprayed.

It is in a tin about the size of a ......... erm......its about the size of a computer mouse, think its about a tenner.

Why dont u just put brighter bulbs in the cluster, or even coloured bulbs in the cluster then they will show through ok in the day too and will save u having to take the paint off!

the other day i was a bit bored so i decided to give my rear lights a coat of silver spray paint to match the car, looked gr8. problem is lights dont show thru too good in the day, at night its fine and looks the bomb. The Feds are not too happy though so i have to remove the paint, what can i use to get the paint off that will not damage the light?
thanx a lot
