Take it to a place where they fit it for you.

Most of the new ecu's dont actually have a chip change, its simply a software update.

Is there any way to buy an ecu upgrade and fit it yourself?

All the non-turbo ecu chips i've seen involved posting your ecu to them and that means i'm without my transport for 2 to 3 days.
