dremal (spelling) is the best to use i would of thought.

mine arent aero catches, i just needed a drill as their round

i was going to use a jig, but would have ended up scratching the paint on the bonnet where the guide of the jigsaw rubs

cutting disk on grinder followed up with neatening with a file worked ok

Use a jigsaw not an angle grinder. Cleaner, more accurate cut

two holes using a hole saw then cut the rest out with an angle grinder

you get templates with them

Easy or hard job? Thinking of buying a pair but not if there just going to be a pain to fit!
