took battery off for hour then reattached still has these faults

0115 intake coolant temperature sensor
0340 camshaft sensor
1404 exhaust gas re-circulation valve (EGR)

1503 immobiliser control unit

would the 1405 fault be the problem but now worried about how to solve the 1503 fault lol

thanks for list but looks like mine is the other code list as fare as I can research it's the simtec 56.5 ecu codes . I have taken the battery out for an hour to try and reset the ecu and will recheck the codes . the 1503 code says immobiliser control unit and that seems fine as starts no problem but did drop the chip out of the key last month and tried to start it .so will get back to give the new list many thanks for your time

thanks done the paper clip test and got these codes

1405 x3
1503 x3
0340 x3

then it seems to stay on 10 flashes then 5
(05) hope this helps

What codes come up when you got them read?

Thanks for reply yes the engine light is on and been since i got it. As there is a problem with the cam belt censor, long story but we can’t seem to get that light to go out even after new censor so it’s not helping. I can’t remember how to check the codes as don’t want to pay another 30 pounds on checking the codes as I have paid that 4 times in the past and still have the light on grrr

sounds like idle control valve
Engine management light on?
if not does it work? ie. go on and off when you put ignition on?

Hello I am hoping someone can help me. I have a corsa b sport 14i 16v s reg i think it’s a DOHC X14 XE engine. The problem is its over revving nearly all the time at tick over, its about 1000 to 1100 rpm and when I am driving and come to a junction its revving at about 2000rpm . Sometimes I can give the throttle a quick jab and it knocks the revs back down .which seems like a sticky cable or something but it’s also is very sluggish when I accelerates and takes its time to build up speed in lower gears. also When I took it for the MOT the emissions were showing very high but they kept on trying and got it down and it finally past. As they had fitted a new cat a few weeks before and knew the emissions were good at that time that’s why kept on trying for me .i thought I could put up with this fault until money was bit more flowing then i could put it into a garage but that’s still not the case so wonder if I can get advice here and do it myself
Many thanks for your time
