If you want to keep the corsavan shafts and hubs you need the cavalier mark 2 1.6 diesel inner cv joints. These have 22 splines on the inside to fit your shafts and the right spline to go into the box. Thats the set up im using on mine

ive just done a conversion on my corsa van from a 1.7 d to the 1.7tds engine out of the astra mk 3, its all in and running but im having difficulty with the shafts, the driveshafts out of the td are fatter and have more splines and im running the f18 box, however the 1.7 d had thin shafts and had less splines on the cv joints, my problem here is what hubs to use for the big block shafts, as the big shafts wont fit in my hubs:S:S:S:S????? or can i mix and match the small block shafts with the big block shafts
need help please
thanks andy
