As in they freeze at a point, or are just delayed beore they start to fall. If its the latter, i think its how its supposed to be.. stops you stalling it as easy or summat like that :)

When i rev my 1.2 8v, the revs rise fine, but seem to "catch" on the way back down.

Kinda like engine holds revs for say 1/2 a second for some reason. Air filter is near enuff new, sparks are month old, regularly serviced engine which other wise runs perfect. Any ideas?
