th 16sv engine is a 90bhp / 90ft/lb torque carb'd engine

It has no ecu and is of the big block family which means it wont fit directly into ur corsa without getting the big block engine and gearbox mounts and shafts for example the c20xe.

put a single webber 40mm carb on it and it should go very well, but for all that hassle of transplanting a bigblock engine into ur corsa u may as well get an astra gte c20seh or 20xe engine.

dont know how many bhp it puts out, not much, it will be single point injection no doubt. If you want it for an insurance friendly conversion then get the carbed version and put a decent carb on it, like the webber 32/34 dtml (or whatever order the letters are in!)

the sv variant has an ecu, and therefore better fuel management, but does any1 know what bhp they put out????
