Thanks for the replys, 1st chance ive got back on here all day... ive changed the tps and the iac valve which was next to each other.. .its cured the revving on idle problem.... but now when you hold at 3k or above.. it hunts... revs and drops as such between 3k and 3.5k

Its ok if you rev and hold before 3k it wont do it

Any idea now?? lol

air leak somewhere, had the same problem when i fitted my x16xe

turned out to be a pin prick hole on the inlet manifold gasket

took HOURS to find!

sounds like a vacume leak to me i had that problem when had a split pipe

well... its running lol.... but now weve got a problem with it revving up on its own... from what i can see all the hoses/breather pipes are connected...

The computer is saying that the TPS is not working correctly... could it be that causing this revving problem??

When i say revving... i mean its idle then revs up to 3k

If not.. what other symtoms of this could there be??
