mechanical meens its not controlled by an ecu.

ive sent you a u2u, although i forgot about gearbox and clutch, you will need an f13 wr gearbox and a td clutch.

so the above and suspension is all I really need with brakes optional but recommended?

how about gearbox and electrics etc? What is the mechanical injection?

Just to post hi-jack :D

Do the 1.5's have ECU's? Or do they use mechanical injection?

you wouldnt need fuel pump and lines etc.. if it was the other way round you would petrol will do no harm in a diesel engine aslong as its not a full tank of it, lol

brakes are the same on td's as the 1.2 although they are mega cr4p and i changed them rapidly. you will also need higher spring rate springsa, although if your using lowered suspention at the mo then it will be fine.

what parts would be needed? I am thinking...

uprated suspension
uprated brakes
new fuel pumps, lines?

What else is there?

How much would this cost except the engine itself?
