Do you think its work filling up the back of my door cards and behind my door pocket with filler foam in order to reduce road noise? Would this work?

or just use a can of filler foam, its a lot chepaer and works a lot better, and it doesnt weign sh1t loads.

What the best make etc for sound proofing my boot as it rattle badly with the bass???
