Nope, the earlier Coscast engines that never had a CAT produced 156bhp where-as the ones vauxhall prduced and bought back from Cosworth without a cat had 156bhp :)

ur better off getting the c20xe kit as u will have everything. If u get the c20let kit, then its dearer and u get bits that u will not need.

the price has gone up on the kit aint it,can u use the c20let (204bhp) kit with a gte astra 2litre astra engine?

stuyw

with the anti-roll bar, u need to get the kit from PVD. Wot this does is lower the anti roll bar so that it clears the manifold :)

2lt into a corsa is alot easyer then the nova as the engine bay is alot bigger so where on the nova u have to cut the inner wing for the pullys....
really easy use 2 of the standard engine mounts, buy/make the 3rd and shafts and hubs, u can do one in 1-2days.......

see not just a good looking face :p

obviously u'll know about brake upgrades with u havin a 2litre gte , but what has to be done to anti roll bars?

stuyw

its straight forward m8 n the easiest bit is that u dont need to strengthen the engine bay :)

the setup will be very similar to your Nova mate. Dimensions wise, the engine bay is a little bigger on the corsa and with the correct fitting kit, including mounts etc, you will find it easy enough. Can be done in a weekend if you put your head to it :)

i think theres less work involved as you dont have to strengtan anything but i am no expert.

After installing a 2.0 16v engine into a Nova GTE i'm fancying a change, and a move away from that boyracer image.

Can anyone tell me how much harder it is to install a 2.0 16v lump into a Corsa SRi than a Nova GTE.....is there asmuch room to work with etc etc.

Thanks
