couldnt be water pump could it or am i way off? or the air filter packing in ?

Hi all, need abit of help, I've got a 1996 corsa b sport with the 1.4 16v ecotec engine, its misfiring and I've changed the plugs, leads, coil pack, and gave the whole engine a flush and used engine treatment to see if that would do anything, is there any other things I could check or change to maybe fix the problem and get rid of the misfiring? Thanks all, all the help appreciated.
