hi mate iv got a vectra b sri facelift steering wheel on mine not sure if the gsi is the same, basically you need the squib steering wheel and airbag, if you have an airbag wheel already you dont have to change the cowl if its a non airbag tho im sure you have to change it for an airbag. here is a link to a tuturial for the sri steering wheel mate as above not sure if a gsi wheel fits so id check first http://www.allcorsa.co.uk/forums/showthread.php/fit-vectra-b-29126.html

anyone got a guide or tutorial for this please
what needed ie wheel, squib steering wheel control wires etc etc
would be appreciated guys
