yep i used that flashing tape before had it in my nova
basically what it does is adds weight to the panel
cheap for what it does (it does make a difference) but doubt it is as good as the professional stuff as it is designed for it

I've heard that flashing tape or something like from B&Q is good for sound deadening. I've got a bit of brown bread on myfront doors but want to further reduce road noise -

Anyone any ideas on an effective and cheap way to do it? Techniques, materials etc?
