A genuine x14xe clutch kit is capable of taking 200bhp b4 needing to be uprated

~150bhp isn't a lot, Your talking 200bhp before the clutch starts slipping. It will be fine as long as you get a new clutch that isn't made of cheese.

well my x16xe has had a quite a few mods so will be hopefully running about the 145 bhp so would the z14xe or the x14xe flat flywheel be strong enough to take the power .

Does this apply to the x18xe1 engines as well? I've got a x14 flywheel laying about. Would help out with the clutch as well, much easier/cheaper to find a decent x14/x16 clutch.

X14's do have a flat flywheel, Rather than the Pot type as per x16's.
